Born and raised in Australia, Emmanuel is a graduate of Communications with majors in Film/Media and Business from Griffith University, Queensland, Australia. Emmanuel also attended the Australian Film Television and Radio School, the University of California Los Angeles, Summer Producing Programs. Emmanuel also completed his first year Post Graduate in Finance & Investment at the Australian Securities Institute (now FINSIA) but dropped out to pursue a career in film and moved to the United States.

Prior to entering the entertainment business, Emmanuel produced commercials for Connection Holidays in Australia, which lead him to become Head of Marketing and Business Development at Connection Holidays, Australia's largest travel wholesaler to the South Pacific. During his term he was responsible for developing travel products including launching new destinations such as the Cook Islands and integrated marketing campaigns including print and television. The company specialized in creating packaged holidays sold through travel retail chains across Australia such as Flight Center and Harvey World Travel etc. Emmanuel worked with national carriers, Air Pacific, Qantas among others to create cooperative advertising campaigns with Government Tourism Agencies and Hotel chains across the South Pacific. Emmanuel also set up the company’s first online presence and worked closely with the founder of the company, Stacy Iatridou to launch a new technology division to develop a proprietary reservation system.

In 2000, Emmanuel moved to the United States and teamed with Producer Dileep Singh Rathore and Director Digvijay Singh to form Kundalini Pictures LLC and produce Digvijay Singh’s internationally acclaimed feature film, Maya (2001). Following the launch of the company at Cannes 2001 and the release of Maya, Emmanuel along with producing partner Dileep Singh Rathore initiated the development of a slate of projects for the company. In 2003, Emmanuel and Dileep set up the Los Angeles office of On The Road India an Indian based company, which was founded by Dileep Singh Rathore to facilitate international productions in the region. As a result of this Emmanuel produced and also production managed the American feature film Return to Rajapur (2005) and Warner Bros Pictures German film Eight Miles High (2006). Most recently Emmanuel was production manager on the Warner Bros. film Shantaram, starring Johnny Depp. He is currently facilitating the Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones action adventure film Untitled India Project (2009).

On The Road India handles international features, television, commercials, music videos and documentaries shooting in India and South Asia. Emmanuel’s experience as Producer extends throughout the Pacific Islands, Australia, France and India. He is fluent in English and conversational Greek. He is based in Los Angeles.
